Register
Our team meticulously reviews your report to ensure adherence to standards. The onboarding team communicates acceptance status.

Pre-assessment Questionnaires
You’ll be sent some forms to complete before your first appointment. These include:

Registration Form

Key Information Form about your personal history like medical and education history.

Mental wellbeing rating scales

Physical Measurements Form which asks for things like blood pressure and pulse.
ADHD Medication Titration
After an ADHD Assessment or ADHD Medication assessment, adults and children can begin to trial medication to manage symptoms
01.
Titration
Upon medication prescription, connect with a clinician every 3-4 weeks for progress updates, prescription refills, and dose adjustments.
You'll need to submit new blood pressure and pulse readings before every appointment.

Stable
Once you're happy with how the medication makes you feel, you'll keep receiving the same dose on repeat prescription, and meet with a clinician every 6 to 12 months.
03.
Shared Care Agreement

If your GP agrees, we can arrange for your medication to be prescribed regularly by them through a shared care agreement. You'll still see our specialist every 6 or 12 months, and for any changes to your medication.
